To bring flexibility and choice into their operations

Secure Bancard is a wholesale payments provider based in Alpharetta, GA. Their proprietary settlement platform, Pioneer, provides a seamless and transparent merchant management solution for its ISO sales partners and their merchants. In order to differentiate themselves in the market, their goal was to deliver an automated platform allowing their partners more control, flexibility in pricing and more visibility over their portfolios. They needed to find a partner that would allow for customization and better merchant management while providing reliable, cost-effective processing. Unfortunately, many resellers of merchant services have little control over the customer experience, and many processors will not provide the flexibility they need to differentiate themselves from other competitors.
