What is the NCR Aloha Referral Program? 

A program aimed to reward you for promoting NCR restaurant solutions to new and/or existing restaurants that want to run their restaurants as efficiently as possible. The program is an opportunity for you to earn up to $1000 when your referral selects NCR as their restaurant solution provider. Note, a referral that already has Aloha or Aloha Cloud is ineligible to be submitted as a referral.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?

You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States territory or District of Columbia, including Puerto Rico. NCR employees or employees of an NCR Reseller are not eligible to participate in this program.

How does the NCR Aloha Referral Program work?

1. Identify a new or existing restaurant interested in learning more about our comprehensive restaurant solutions.
2. Submit your referral(s) through our dedicated submission form.
3. Fill out all form fields and submit. The Hospitality team will be in touch to share next steps.

Who can be referred? 

Restaurants (new or established), family, friends and acquaintances who own or are opening their own restaurant business.

What is the reward for a referral?

A referral can earn you a reward of $1000 when your referral selects NCR as their restaurant solution of choice. A reward payout is contingent on the close of an opportunity.The more locations a restaurant brand has that converts to an NCR POS solution from your one referral, the more you can earn.

How do I submit a referral?

Fill out the quick submission form here. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received.

How will I know if my referral has selected NCR?

Once your referral is submitted, we will send email notifications throughout each phase of the referral process to share the status of your referral(s).

How and when will I receive payment?

Once you are notified that your referral is a new NCR customer, you will receive a request to submit a completed and valid W-9. The name of the Rewards recipient must exactly match the name on the W-9 form.

Rewards are forfeited following thirty (30) days of non-receipt of a completed and valid W-9 form. Once your W-9 information is submitted please allow up to 30 days to receive your reward.

You will receive the Reward in U.S. Dollars via an electronic gift card. Rewards are not transferable. Note, all sensitive data is encrypted for security purposes.

How many referrals can I submit?

Referrals are unlimited. The maximum reward for each referral is $1000.

For the best results, we encourage you to ensure the leads you submit are with businesses you have visited and engaged with.
