Taco Heads, a popular taco business located in Fort Worth, Texas, was born when Sarah Castillo dreamed of creating the perfect late-night taco experience. Excited by her daughter’s idea, her mother, Tinie, pulled out old family recipes, and together they created the first Taco Heads menu. After starting out in a trailer, Taco Heads expanded to become the first taco truck in Fort Worth and then a brick and mortar in 2016. But, when COVID-19 hit, Taco Heads faced a 50% surge in online orders.
