By using a customer data platform (CDP)—a software that integrates data from a variety of sources, such as POS systems, online ordering and more—you can build more robust customer profiles.
Your CDP can include customer relationship management and data management platforms (DMP), web forms, social media activity and e-commerce data. With the use of the intelligence it gathers, you can better understand your customers to create more personalized loyalty, offers and interactions.

During a pandemic, it’s more important than ever to be in tune with your customers’ needs and preferences. So, it’s critical to be open to your customer’s feedback. You likely know all too well that there’s a direct correlation between happy and unhappy customers and your bottom line.
